Earl Richard Fehr, 60, of Scott City died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Jan. 18, 1951, in St. Charles, Mo., son of Orville Herman and Doris Ruth Buescher Fehr. He married Marsha Darleen Hensley Nov. 11, 1972, in Scott City.
Earl worked as a heavy equipment operator for West Lake Quarry near Scott City. He was a member of Eisleben Lutheran Church.
He served in the Army National Guard.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Heather (Kenny) Ingvalson and Hailey (Aaron) Simmers of Scott City; three grandchildren, Nathan and Abigail Ingvalson and Jackson Simmers; and a sister, Vicki Hillman of Webster Groves, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call today from 9 a.m. to service time at Eisleben Lutheran Church.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at the church, with the Rev. Barry Pfanstiel and Pastoral Vicar Marty Hasz officiating. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Eisleben Lutheran Church.
