BELL CITY -- Dwight "Tumble" Jennings, 74, of Bell City died Thursday, March 23, 2000, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Jan. 9, 1926, at Bell City, son of Thomas Allen and Ruth Ann Oakley Jennings.
Jennings was a lifelong resident of rural Bell City and a retired farmer.

Survivors include nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield from 6-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Bell City.
