WYATT -- Dudley Bowles, 91, formerly of Wyatt, died Friday, April 14, 1995, at Charleston Manor. He was born Dec. 16, 1903, in Mounds, Ill., son of Elijah and Jane Bowles. WYATT -- Dudley Bowles, 91, formerly of Wyatt, died Friday, April 14, 1995, at Charleston Manor.

He was born Dec. 16, 1903, in Mounds, Ill., son of Elijah and Jane Bowles. He and Hilda Emma Nally were married June 20, 1926. She died Sept. 13, 1990.

Bowles was a retired farmer and landowner, and member of Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Survivors include a son, Edward Bowles of Charleston; two daughters, Kay Calogero of Clarks Summit, Pa., Dorothy Marshall of Grafton, Wis.; eight grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston after 5 p.m. Sunday.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Leroy Thornton officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.
