ORAN -- Douglas Euriel Leon Stanley, 16, of Oran died Friday, May 15, 1992 in a motor vehicle accident near Oran.
He was born June 12, 1975, the son of Kenneth Douglas Stanley and Shirley Elizabeth Hedger Stanley.
He was a junior at Oran High School and was of the Baptist faith.
He was a member of the Future Homemakers of America and Future Farmers of America at the school. He also worked as a cook for Big B restaurant in Chaffee.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by three sisters, Virginia Nenninger, Lisa Belt and Jami Stanley, all of Oran; paternal grandparents, Leon and Imogene Stanley, Perkins; and maternal grandmother, Mary Hedger, Oran.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather.
Friends may call today at 2 p.m. at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran.
Funeral service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Oran High School gymnasium Oran with the Rev. Jack Bishop officiating.
