Douglas Lloyd Seabaugh, 76, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2016. He was a native of Advance, Missouri, and a resident of Rutherford County. Douglas served in the United States Navy and worked as the director of quality control with the U.S. Tobacco Company.

Douglas was preceded in death by his parents, Pyrtle and Ruth Masters Seabaugh; sisters, Deloris Krauss and Annie Jenson; and grandson, Dustin Dakota Birch.

He is survived by his wife, Marie LaFever Seabaugh; sons, Douglas (Finny) Seabaugh II and Brent Seabaugh; stepson, Jerry (Melody) Alexander; daughters, Tammy Allen, Tara (Eddie) Toombs and Tanya (Danny) Toombs; brothers, Pyrtle Seabaugh, George Seabaugh and Harold Seabaugh; sisters, Mary Francis, Kay Thiele and Marlene Scott; 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation was Sunday at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Stars and Stripes Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
