ADVANCE -- Dosha Mae Cox, 95, of Swansea, Ill., formerly of Advance, died Sunday, Oct. 2, 1994, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville, Ill.
She was born June 6, 1899, at Painton, daughter of Minor and Emma Holland Litteral. She and Frank O. Cox were married Sept. 10, 1923. He died Sept. 26, 1945.
Cox was a member of Arbor General Baptist Church at Arbor.
Survivors include three sons, Albert Cox of Cape Girardeau, William Cox of St. Louis, Carmon Cox of Collinsville, Ill.; a daughter, Alma Moore of Louisville, Ky.; seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sons, two brothers, three sisters and a grandson.
Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert Montgomery officiating. Burial will be in Green Cox Cemetery near Arbor.
