Dorothy Wilson

OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Dorothy "Dot Jolley" Wilson, 90, of Olive Branch passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019, at her home.

She was born June 26, 1928, in Cairo, Illinois, the daughter of Victor Sr. and Gladys Coakley Throgmorton.

Dorothy is survived by her sons, Don (Gail) Richards of Dexter, Missouri, Joseph Jolley Jr. of Olive Branch and Clayton Jolley of Olive Branch; daughters, Vickie Richards of Lebanon, New Hampshire, Marilyn Wilburn of Olive Branch, Diane Corliss of Cape Girardeau, Darlene Beasley of Cape Girardeau and Marsha McCain of Olive Branch; 22 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, John Dell Richards; two brothers, J.C. "Frog" Throgmorton and Victor Throgmorton Jr.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, Illinois.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with her grandson Dr. Kevin McCain Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Fayville Cemetery.
