CAIRO, Ill. -- Dorothy F. Stout, 84, of Cairo died Wednesday, May 19, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Dec. 2, 1919, at Cairo, daughter of Harry and Erma Wright Hudson. She married D.B. Stout, who preceded her in death.
Stout was a secretary 30 years for Illinois Department of Family Services. She was a member of the former First United Methodist Church and a current member of First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include a daughter, De De O'Shea of Cairo; a sister, Elsie Swoboda of Cairo; and two grandsons.
Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo from 10 to 11 a.m. today.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Kelly Cox officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge, Ill.
