PATTON, Mo. -- Dorothy Grace Stanfill, 84, of Patton passed away Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, at her home.
She was born June 12, 1928, at Patton, daughter of Luther T. and Lurlien G. Mungle Brotherton. She and Dentford Stanfill were married Jan. 29, 1949. He died July 11, 1994.
Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of the Patton United Methodist Church and the Happy Old People of Patton.
Survivors include three daughters, Sandra (John) Davis of Patton; Gail (Bill) Garland of Marble Hill, Mo., and Penny Stanfill of Jackson; six grandchildren, Johnna, Brian, Jamie, Kevin, Kassi and Jessi; and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sons, Randy Stanfill and Rick Stanfill; a brother, Don Brotherton; and a great-grandson, Kolton.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Kirby Grindstaff and Brian Davis officiating. Burial will be in the Patton Cemetery.
