DOROTHY MOSELEY

Dorothy Heggie Moseley, 95, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Thursday, Oct. 1, 1998, in Dallas, Texas.

Born Jan. 25, 1903, she was the daughter of Robert Lee and Alice DeLine Heggie.

A homemaker, she was married to Dr. Joseph Larch Moseley on Sept. 18, 1923, in Charleston.

A member of Centenary Methodist Church, Moseley had been a Girl Scout leader, was a charter member of PEO Chapter F.Y. and was a member of the Methodist Guild and prayer group.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, two daughters and a brother.

She is survived by four grandchildren, Larch, Lynn, Tripp and Jeff Williams, and six great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. Tuesday until 11:45 at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held at noon Tuesday in Lorimier Cemetery, with the Rev. Clayton Smith presiding.
