Graveside service for Dorothy L. McBride of Cape Girardeau will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Fairmount Cemetery. The Rev. Philip Curran will officiate.
Friends may call at Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel after 4 p.m. today, and Wednesday after 10 a.m.
McBride, 81, died Sunday, Nov. 1, 1998, at her home.
She was born Oct. 18, 1917, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Thomas R. and Alma Morrison Price. She and J. Weldon "Brownie" McBride were married 62 years.
McBride was a member of First Christian Church and American Association of Retired Persons.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Robert McBride of Cape Girardeau; four daughters, Kay McBride and Terry Russell of Cape Girardeau, Mary Randall of Fort Worth, Texas, Jill McLean of Paris, Tenn.; two sisters, Beatrice Foster and Alma "Snookie" Hunze of Cape Girardeau; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
