MORLEY, Mo. -- Dorothy Nell Foister, 83, of Morley died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2003, at Fountainbleau Lodge in Cape Girardeau. She was born July 29, 1919, at Morley, daughter of Albert and Martha Ella Ragland Parker. She and George Willis Foister were married Oct. 17, 1939. He died Jan. 20, 1978...

MORLEY, Mo. -- Dorothy Nell Foister, 83, of Morley died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2003, at Fountainbleau Lodge in Cape Girardeau.

She was born July 29, 1919, at Morley, daughter of Albert and Martha Ella Ragland Parker. She and George Willis Foister were married Oct. 17, 1939. He died Jan. 20, 1978.

Foister was a member of Morley Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Martha Pease and Shea Stafford of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Alfred Parker of Huntington, W.Va.; a sister, Ada Johnson of St. Louis; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Benton, Mo., from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Jim Matthews officiating. Burial will be in New Morley Cemetery at Morley.
