SCOPUS -- Dorothy Estes, 59, of Florissant died Thursday, Nov. 26, 1998.
She was born Dec. 26, 1938, in Whitewater, daughter of the late Truman Roe and Ruby Long Roe, who survives of East Alton, Ill.
On Nov. 12, 1955, she was married to Donald E. Estes, who preceded her in death.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons, Donald Estes of Florissant and Dwight Estes of Fenton; a daughter, Virginia Deutsch of Allenton, Pa.; three brothers, Bill Roe of Godfrey, Ill., Carl Roe of Fosterburg, Ill., and Frank Roe of Bethalto, Ill., and two sisters, Jean Heldon of Bartow, Fla., and Jane Silas of Clearwater, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
A son preceded her in death.
Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the New Stygar Florissant Chapel in Florissant.
Funeral will be at 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral chapel.
Burial will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Mount Zion Cemetery at Scopus.
