Dorothy Adelle Thiele, 70, of 2821 Vista Lane, died Saturday, Dec. 28, 1991, at St. Francis Medical Center.

She was born Sept. 29, 1921, in Jackson, daughter of Emory Jefferson Mayfield and Lennie Jones Mayfield.

She owned and operated Dorothy's Beauty Shop for many years.

She married Lloyd M. Thiele, on Aug. 16, 1941 in Marshall. He survives of Cape Girardeau.

Other survivors are one brother, Joe R. Mayfield of Cape Girardeau.

She was preceded in death by one brother.

Friends may call today from 11 a.m. to time of service at 2 p.m. at the Ford & Sons Sprigg Street Chapel. The Rev. Audie Long will officiate. Burial will follow in Russell Heights Cemetery.
