Graveside service for Doretta "Dee" Howard Kaluna, 73, of Albuquerque, N.M., will be held 1 p.m., Friday at Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Phillip N. Curran will officiate.
Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., at First Christian Church, 2411 Abbey Road, Cape Girardeau.
Kaluna died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2000, at Manor Care Rest Home in Albuquerque.
She was born June 18, 1927, in Albuquerque, daughter of Harry J. and Olive Tomerlin Howard.
Originally from Cape Girardeau, she had lived in Honolulu, Hawaii, for several years and then lived in Reno, Nev., for nearly 20 years. She had worked as a receptionist clerk for Circus Circus Hotel & Casino, retiring in 1992.
Survivors include two sons, Wayne H. Golliher of Albuquerque and David B. Golliher of Dunwoody, Ga.; two brothers, Harry J. Howard Jr., of Aurora, Colo., and Leonard Howard of Reno; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
