GRAND CHAIN, Ill. -- Funeral for Dora Mae Oliver of Grand Chain will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak. The Rev. Joey Dunning will officiate, with burial in Ohio Chapel Cemetery.

Oliver, 75, died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 1998, at Good Samaritan Care Center in Metropolis.

She was born Jan. 1, 1923, in Jackson, Tenn., daughter of Henry Bradford and Dora Bell Moore Haugh. She married James Bruce Oliver.

Oliver retired from Elias Family Center in Cairo, where she worked 32 years. She was a member of Ohio Chapel Methodist Church, and Grand Chain Eastern Star Chapter 710.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Donna Goins of Grand Chain; a grandson; and a great-granddaughter.
