DORA FLUEGGE

JACKSON -- Dora E. Fluegge, 84, of Jackson, died Thursday, Nov. 7, 1996, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born June 30, 1912, at Tilsit, daughter of Henry and Katharina Nagel Fluegge.

Fluegge had worked at International Shoe Co. in Jackson, at a number of restaurants, and had also cared for the elderly in their homes. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church at Tilsit.

She moved to Jackson in 1972 from Tilsit.

Survivors include two sisters, Frieda Siebert of Cape Girardeau and Ruby Aufdenberg of Jackson.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4-8 p.m. today, and at Immanuel Church after 1 p.m. Saturday.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Lee Cullen officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
