BLOOMFIELD -- Dora Congleton, 90, of Bloomfield, formerly of St. Louis, died Friday, Feb. 13, 1998, at Bloomfield Nursing Center.
She was born May 10, 1907, in Mount Vernon, Ill., daughter of Albert L. and Bertha Moore Johnson.
She worked as a sales clerk in St. Louis until she retired. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dexter. She had lived in Bloomfield for the last several years.
Survivors include a granddaughter, Pam Haik of New Orleans, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Monday at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with graveside rites to follow at 2 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Bell City.
