CHESTER Ill. -- Donnie Wright, 52, of Chester died Sunday, Dec. 25, 1994, at Memorial Hospital in Chester.

Wright was born May 17, 1942, to Nelson and Eva Courier Wright in Grand Tower, Ill.

He was employed as a boiler operator with CIPS.

Wright was a veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors include two sons, Jason Wright of Cape Girardeau and Arlin Wright of Fredericktown; five brothers, Orville Wright of Henderson, Ky., Clifford "Doc" Wright of Chester, Paul Wright of Marionetta, Ill., David Wright of Fenton and Stephen Wright of Chester; four sisters, Helen Graham of Chester, Delores Kinder of Donna, Texas, Fern Winter of Leawood, Kan., and Wanda Lake of Virden, Ill.; and two granddaughters.

Wright was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

Friends may call today from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Schroeder-McClure Funeral Chapel in Chester and Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Funeral service will be at the funeral chapel Wednesday at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Dan Patterson officiating.

Burial will follow in New Palestine Cemetery in New Palestine, Ill.
