HERMITAGE, Tenn. -- Donnie Underwood, 46, of Nashville, Tenn., formerly of Bloomfield, Mo., died Friday, Dec. 23, 1994.
He was born in Bloomfield, Mo., May 28, 1948, son of Elmer land Anna Lois Cook Underwood.
He married Vickie M. Sappington at Little Rock, Ark. on April 30, 1978. She survives.
Underwood was a graduate of Bloomfield High School and the University of Missouri-Rolla. He was a civil engineer for the Jones Co., in Nashville.
Survivors include his father, Elmer Underwood of Bloomfield; two daughters, Jackie Underwood of Nashville, and Jerri McKenna of Louisville; brothers, Dennis Underwood, Cape Girardeau, and Ronnie Underwood, Sikeston; a sister, Karen Ziegenhorn, Sikeston; maternal grandmother, Pearl Cook, of Bloomfield; and, one grandchild.
Service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Hermitage Memorial Chapel in Hermitage, Tenn.
Friends may call at the Hermitage Memorial Chapel Monday from 6 to 9 p.m.
