MOUND CITY -- Donnie Calvin, 57, of Mound City, died Tuesday, March 10, 1992 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He is the son of the late Charlie and Stella Calvin. MOUND CITY -- Donnie Calvin, 57, of Mound City, died Tuesday, March 10, 1992 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He is the son of the late Charlie and Stella Calvin.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mound City and was a retired school bus driver. He was also a U.S. Army veteran and a refrigeration mechanic and air conditioner repairman.

Survivors are his wife, Kay Calvin of Mound City; one son, Donnie Calvin Jr. of Granite City; two daughters, Angela Shockley and Sherri Bone, both of Mound City; one sister, Betty Stout of Mounds; two brothers, James Calvin of Mounds and Bill Calvin of Mound City; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one brother.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at the Crain Funeral Home in Mound City.
