Donna Marie Hale, 50, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011, at her home.
She was born Aug. 7, 1961, in Chicago. Roy and Helen Scaberdine Wead were her parents. She married Paul Martin in 1985. He preceded her in death. She married Verlan Hale in 1989.
Hale was a seamstress at Tri-Con and Thorngate Industries in Cape Girardeau. She was a past member of VFW Post 3838 and the Eagles.
Survivors include three daughters, Rebecca (Troy Figliolo) Martin, Maria (Bobby) Smith, Dixie (Robert) Fugate, all of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Dawn Vanharst of Burbank, Ill.; five grandchildren, Vanessa and Mason Anderson, Makenzie Figliolo, Brooke and Nathan Fugate, all of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by Roy and Helen Wead; and three brothers.
A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating.
Memorial contributions may be given for the family's funeral expenses.
