Donald Gene Williams, 64, of Sikeston, Missouri, died Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born Aug. 19, 1953, in Mississippi County, Missouri, to Ralph Williams and Ruby Blasingain. He and Vickie Joyce Jones married July 17, 1975.
He is survived by Vickie Williams of Sikeston; a son, Shane (Shalon Baker) Williams of Sikeston; a daughter, Leigh (Tim) Mayberry of Sikeston; a son and a daughter he informally adopted, Clayton Crowden of Sikeston and Rachell Williams of Scott City; six brothers, Darriel Williams of Commerce, Missouri, Bonnie Williams of Anniston, Missouri, Robert Staggs of Royalton, Illinois, and Clyde Staggs, Leroy Blasingain and Michael Blasingain, all of East Prairie; two sisters, Connie Carlyle-Bennett of Mounds City, Illinois, and Dyanne Haddock of Clifton, Tennessee; three grandchildren, Ian Williams, Christian Williams and Savannah Barnhouse; and two informally adopted grandchildren, Christopher Ramzy Gideon and Charles Williams.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Larry Gammons officiating.
