MILLER CITY, Ill. -- Donald R. Billings, 70, of Lemay, Mo., died Thursday, Jan. 18, 2001, at his home. He was born April 8, 1930, in Miller City, son of Darold G. and Ruth Ryal Billings. MILLER CITY, Ill. -- Donald R. Billings, 70, of Lemay, Mo., died Thursday, Jan. 18, 2001, at his home.

He was born April 8, 1930, in Miller City, son of Darold G. and Ruth Ryal Billings. He married Ruth Jean Hensley, who died in January 1999.

Billings was the former owner of Billings Hunting Club in Olive Branch, Ill.

Survivors include a son, Donald Billings; three daughters, Sharon Billings, Joni Barczewski, Amy Frederich; two brothers, Harmon and Darold Billings; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call at Fey Funeral Home in Mehlville, Mo., after 4 p.m. today, and at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo, Ill., after 4 p.m. Sunday.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Barkett Funeral Home, with the Rev. Verlee Eaker officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge.
