Funeral for Don A. Krueger of Cape Girardeau will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Ron Watts will officiate. Entombment will be in Cape County Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Friends may call at the chapel from 4-9 p.m. today.
Krueger, 60, died Monday, April 9, 2001, at St. Francis Medical Center.
He was born June 1, 1940, in St. Louis, son of Edward and Helen Nobbman Krueger. He and Linda Koon were married April 24, 1986, in Cape Girardeau.
Krueger moved to Cape Girardeau in 1963 and worked for Missouri Utilities Co. In 1967 he began teaching classes in data processing at Southeast Missouri State University. He had been director of computer services at the university since 1980.
He was a member of Immanuel Church of Christ in Wright City, Mo., and attended La Croix United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau. He was a member of Elks Lodge, Ducks Unlimited and SEMO Booster Club.
Krueger served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Michael Krueger of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Andrew Krueger of Cape Girardeau; and a brother, John Krueger of Wright City.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
