Dolores Pautler
MURPHYSBORO, Ill. — Dolores Imogene (Glasford) Pautler, 75, of Murphysboro passed away Thursday, July 17, 2008, at her residence.
Dolores was born March 23, 1933, in Carbondale, Ill., daughter of Lawrence Glasford, Sr. and Velma (Adams) Glasford.
She married Norbert Pautler on June 12, 1972, in Murphysboro, and he preceded her in death Sept. 8, 1976.
She worked as a salesperson for Breading's Shoe Store. Dolores was a member of the retail clerks union.
Survivors include four children and their spouses: Pam Campbell and her husband Jay of Blue Springs, Mo., Randy Penrod and his wife Retta of Cape Girardeau, Doug Penrod and his wife Susan of Troy, Ill., and Kim Wengert and her husband Alan of Jackson; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Credille, Emily Penrod, Molly Penrod, Jason Penrod, Sarah Penrod, Jacob Wengert and Haley Wengert; and a brother, Lawrence "Bud" Glasford Jr. of Murphysboro.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Private gravesite services will be conducted, and Pettett Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
