JACKSON - Dolly Lucile Gribler, 84, of Jackson, died Friday, Aug. 21, 1992, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born May 3, 1908 at Jackson to Samuel and Minnie Madge McKnight.
She married William Gribler, who preceded her in death, along with one brother, one granddaughter, two sons, and one daughter.
Survivors include two sons, Norman S. Gribler of Chaffee, Herman "Bob" Gribler of Jackson; one daughter, Rebecca L. Moore of Jackson; one sister, Hazel I. Meyer of Gordonville. Eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one step-grandchild also survive.
Gribler was of the Pentecostal faith, and taught Sunday School for many years. She was employed at the International Shoe Company.
Friends may call at the McComb's Funeral Chapel in Jackson from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p. m. today. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at McCombs with the Rev. Alvie Surface officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
