OLMSTED, Ill. -- Dessie B. Witzman, 78, of Olmsted died Tuesday, June 21, 2005, at her home.
She was born April 4, 1927, in Milburn, Ky., daughter of Zola and B. Mae Jackson. She married Warner O. Witzman, who died in 1987.
Witzman retired as a cook with Meridian School District. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Kimberly Triplett of Fruita, Colo., Lisa Ulrich of Grand Chain, Ill.; two sons, Allen Witzman of Olmsted, Charles Witzman of Lostant, Ill.; her twin sister, Ressie Witzman of Branson, Mo.; a brother, Albert Jackson of Bardwell, Ky.; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.
Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Home in Mound City, Ill., from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Luke's Church, with Carl Miller officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery in Olmsted.
