CHARLESTON, Mo. -- Denise Rene Williams, 38, of Charleston died Saturday, Aug. 23, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born July 21, 1965, in Charleston, daughter of Earnestine Williams and Booker Woods. She was a 1983 graduate of Charleston High School.
Williams was employed by Starks Manufacturing Co. She was a member of St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Sasha Williams of Charleston; her mother, Earnestine Anderson of Charleston; six brothers, Kelly Williams of Austin, Texas, Henry Williams, Kevin and Adrian Anderson, all of Charleston, Ricky Anderson of New Jersey, Corey Anderson of Topeka, Kan.; three sisters, Lorraine Zimmerman of Baltimore, Md., Lawanda Williams of Charleston, Claudia Clark of Sikeston, Mo.; and maternal grandparents, Lula Williams and Johnnie Williams of Charleston.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Friends may call at Sparks Funeral Home from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Wiley Reed officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
