TAMMS, Ill. -- Della Rossi, 79, of Tamms died Sunday, Feb. 9, 1997, at Carbondale Health Care in Carbondale.
She was born March 27, 1917, in Morgantown, Ky., daughter of Tom and Mamie Elizabeth Burden Beasley.
Rossi had been a nurse, and member of Jehovah's Witnesses in Anna.
Survivors include three daughters, Elizabeth Vidrine of Kennewick, Wash., Brenda Nesbitt of West Yellowstone, Mont., Laura Westbrooks of Tucson, Ariz.; three brothers, Leslie, Willard and Leo Beasley, all of Tamms; a sister, Joyce Bradshaw of Anna; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son.
Friends may call at Jones Funeral Home in Tamms from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with Ron Leske officiating. Burial will be in Lindsey Cemetery near McClure.
