DELLA CATO

PUXICO -- Della Cato, 80, of Puxico, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born June 21, 1914, near Zalma, daughter of Ed and Sadie Shell Hendrix. She and Elmer Cato were married May 22, 1933, at Kennett.

Cato attended the Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Vera Harper-Howard of Cape Girardeau; three sisters, Juanita Laramie of St. Louis, Lora Massey of Advance, Mildred Ladd of Cape Girardeau, and a granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by four brothers.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Revs. James Johns and Dale Hendrix officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park at Advance.
