CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Debra Kay Lewis, 57, of Chaffee passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at her family home.
She was born Nov. 9, 1959, in St. Louis to Charles and Virginia Warren Fulbright. She married Pastor Robert D. Lewis on March 28, 1981, and he survives of the home.
Debra was a retired receptionist for Dr. Stan Williams, D.D.S., in Cape Girardeau. She was a member of General Baptist Church in Chaffee, where she served in many capacities.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Lewis; three daughters, Amanda (Don) Hutcheson of Chaffee, Jessica Lewis of Scott City and Samantha (Jeff) Beck of Jackson; a brother, Randy Fulbright of De Soto, Missouri; three sisters, Sharon Fulbright of Festus, Missouri, and Denise Lewis and Amy Fulbright, both of Imperial, Missouri; and 11 grandchildren whom she cherished.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Warren Fulbright.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at General Baptist Church in Chaffee. Friends may also call from 9 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at the church.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, with Pastor Michael Hester officiating. Burial will be at Rockhill Cemetery in Puxico, Missouri.
