SIKESTON, Mo. -- Debra Jane Hammon, 45, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., formerly of Sikeston, died Friday, March 19, 2004, from an automobile accident near St. Louis.
She was born May 9, 1958, at Sikeston, daughter of Kenneth and Jane Osburn Campbell. She and David Hammon were married March 24, 1984, at Sikeston.
Hammon was employed by the Family Inn at Ozora, Mo. She was a member of Shady Acres Church of Christ.
Survivors include her parents; her husband; one son, David Hammon II of Blodgett, Mo.; three daughters, Dawn Jones of Bloomfield, Mo., Brittany and Amanda Hammon, both of Ste. Genevieve; one brother, Kenneth "Kent" Campbell of Murray, Ky.; and three grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Johnny Hester will officiate, with burial scheduled for a later date.
