SCOTT CITY -- Deborah Sue Zimmerman, 44, of Wentzville died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 1997, at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles. She was born Aug. 17, 1953, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Willis Randolph and Geneva Pauline Culbertson Propst. She and John Franklin Zimmerman were married Jan. 2, 1971, at Scott City...

SCOTT CITY -- Deborah Sue Zimmerman, 44, of Wentzville died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 1997, at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles.

She was born Aug. 17, 1953, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Willis Randolph and Geneva Pauline Culbertson Propst. She and John Franklin Zimmerman were married Jan. 2, 1971, at Scott City.

Zimmerman had been a clerk with United Parcel Service until June 1997. She was also a certified nurse assistant.

She moved to Wentzville two months ago from Scott City. She was a member of Teamsters Local 688 in St. Louis, and had been a Girl Scout leader 12 years.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Jennifer Zimmerman of Wentzville; four brothers, Virgil Kinder of Tilsit, Ronnie Kinder, Willis and David Propst, all of Whitewater.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. William Dickey officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Memorial Cemetery.
