Deborah Fornkohl, 64, of Cape Girardeau passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018, at Southeast Hospital. She was born Nov. 10, 1953, in Cape Girardeau to Paul Dean and Wanda Overbeck Lacy. She and Robin Fornkohl married June 12, 1970. Debbie was known to always put everyone's needs above her own. Her love for her family was great, especially the love she felt for her grandchildren...

Deborah Fornkohl, 64, of Cape Girardeau passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018, at Southeast Hospital.

She was born Nov. 10, 1953, in Cape Girardeau to Paul Dean and Wanda Overbeck Lacy. She and Robin Fornkohl married June 12, 1970.

Debbie was known to always put everyone's needs above her own. Her love for her family was great, especially the love she felt for her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Robin Fornkohl; four sons, Scott (Melisia), Eric, Brad (Ralina) and Kevin Fornkohl; 13 grandchildren and one more on the way; six great-grandchildren and one more expected soon; a brother, Rodney (Marsha) Lacy; and other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother, Ricky Lacy.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Wednesday at Crain Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Lee Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in Thompson Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fornkohl family to assist with the upkeep of Thompson Cemetery. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
