PERRYVILLE -- Funeral mass for Debbie Ann Hendrix of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. today at St. Vincent's Catholic Church. The Rev. Kevin Fausz will officiate, with burial in St. Boniface Cemetery.

Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 6:30-9:50 a.m.

Hendrix, 35, died Sunday, Feb. 6, 1994, in a car accident near Anna, Ill.

She was born March 19, 1958, in Los Angeles County, Calif., daughter of Fred W. "Sonny" and Melba Morris Stortz.

Hendrix was employed at McDonald's in Perryville.

Survivors include three daughters, Chastity Stortz, Tabatha and Kristin Bishop, all of the home; her father of Perryville; her mother, Melba Grice of Warren, Ark.; three sisters, Rhonda Vernon and Dana McCoy of Perryville, Kathy Asbury of Chester, Ill.; five brothers, Larry, Darrell and Jay Stortz of Perryville, Willie Stortz of Collinsville, Ill., Robert Grice of Nashville, Tenn., and paternal grandmother, Irene Stortz of Perryville.

She was preceded in death by a daughter.
