DEXTER, Mo. -- Dean Hill, 68, of Dexter died Thursday, Jan. 11, 2001, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Dec. 31, 1932, near Dexter, son of Newman Albert and Leota Mae Stafford Hill. He and Betty Sharp were married May 26, 1956, in Bugbrooke, England.
Hill lived in the Dudley, Mo., area most of his life, and was a retired farmer.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife; two brothers, Harold Hill of Dexter, and Norman Hill of Jakes Corner, Ariz.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter after 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The Rev. Fred Leist will officiate. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery.
