David Grass

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- David A. Grass, 18, of Perryville died Sunday, June 25, 2006, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, from injuries received in an automobile accident earlier that day.

He was born Sept. 15, 1987, in St. Louis, son of James Alan and Elizabeth Ann Wucher Grass.

Grass was a 2006 graduate of Perryville High School. He was a swing manager at McDonald's in Perryville and a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

Survivors include his parents; a brother, Adam Grass; paternal grandparents, Ralph and Teresa Grass; maternal grandmother, Mary Ann Wucher; and paternal great-grandmother, Eileen Kadavi, all of Perryville.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday, and from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday. The wake will be at 7 Thursday.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Vincent de Paul Church, with the Rev. Henry Grodecki officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
