The infant died shortly after birth Saturday, March 13, 1993, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Survivors include his parents, David Paul and Olivia Salyer Kemp, Charleston Route 1; a brother, Stephen Kemp of the home; paternal grandmother, vicky Kemp of east Prairie; maternal grandparents, Libby Siddiquie of Charleston, Bill Salyer of Simi Valley,k Calif.; paternal great-grandparents, Morine Kemp of East Prairie, Chester Kemp of St. Louis; and maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Salyer of Anniston.
