DAVE NEAL

WILSON CITY -- Dave Neal, 82, of Wilson City died Monday, Dec. 28, 1998, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

He was born Aug. 24, 1916, in Armorel, Ark., son of Dennis and Ivory Newhouse Neal. He and Jewel Lee Jones were married June 28, 1941.

Neal had lived in Missouri more than 65 years. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Charleston, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, William and Floyd Neal of Wilson City; a daughter, Linda Neal of Wilson City; three granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Sparks Funeral Home in Charleston from 5-6 p.m. Friday.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Ollie Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Lavern Frazier officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.
