FROHNA, Mo. -- Danny Messer, 68, of Frohna passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at his home.
He was born Dec. 30, 1953, in Paragould, Arkansas, son of Darrel Messer and Ruby Johnson.
Danny was a member of the Cape County Cowboy Church and a 1972 graduate of Ste. Genevieve (Missouri) High School. He was honorably discharged from the Air Force after eight years. He was an F15 mechanic and big rig driver.
Loving survivors include a brother, Kerry Messer; stepchildren, Kelly Breeding, Stacy Breeding and John Breeding; grandchildren, Tyler Breeding, Megan Gentry, Jacob Gist, Christian Brown, Aiden Woods and Haley and Paige Schmidt; and many other family and friends
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Patricia Messer; and brother, Gary Messer.
A memorial visitation will be from noon until service time Saturday at the East Perry Country fairgrounds pavilion.
Memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Mark Graham officiating. Danny's family will honor his wishes with a private inurnment at the Scholl family farm in Wittenberg, Missouri.
The family entrusted Danny's final arrangements to McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
