William Daniel "Danny" Foutz, 47, of Cape Girardeau passed away Monday, April 10, 2017, in a single-car accident in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri.
He was born Aug. 1, 1969, in Columbia, Missouri, to James "Jim" and Mary Lukehart Foutz.
Danny was a graduate of Hickman High School in Columbia, Missouri. The past 20 years, he owned and operated Foutz Hunting and Fishing in Cape Girardeau, and was affiliated with several local wildlife organizations. He was an avid outsdoorsman, but especially enjoyed fishing and spending time at the family farm in Prairie Home, Missouri.
Loving survivors include two children, Cannon and Danielle Foutz of Cape Girardeau; his parents, Jim and Mary Foutz of Columbia; a brother, Lanny (Joyce) Foutz of Blue Springs, Missouri; three nephews, Billy, Lewis and Jamie Foutz of the Kansas City, Missouri, area; and his former wife, Christi Cannon Foutz of Cape Girardeau.
A memorial visitation will be from 3 p.m. to service time Thursday in Chapel A of McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
A memorial service will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with David Jobe officiating.
