Danny Ray Anderson Sr., 47, of Centralia, Ill., died on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2003, in Centralia.
He was born Oct. 15, 1955, at Granite City, Ill., son of Darrell and Bernice Stonecipher Anderson.
He was a master fabricator at Swan for 25 years. He had lived in Centralia since 1978.
He and Brenda M. Chapman were married Nov. 2, 1974, at Thebes, Ill.
Survivors include his wife of Centralia; two sons, James Anderson and Danny Anderson Jr. of Centralia; two brothers, Garrett Anderson of Olive Branch, Ill., and Edward Anderson of Cape Girardeau; three sisters, Shirley Hull of Thebes, Helen Poe of Pocahontas, Ill., and Ruthie Miller of Olive Branch; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son and three brothers.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Irvin Funeral Home in Centralia.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Allan Mason officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.
