Daniel Curtis Womack, 55, of Scott City died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Aug. 24, 1957, in St. Louis, to John Willard and Myrtle Marie Reed Womack. He was employed by Columbia Construction Co.'s furniture division.
He is survived by three daughters, Tessa Allen of Grants Pass, Ore., Jami Womack of Medford, Ore., and Shyan Hoefer of Port Orchard, Wash.; his fiancee, Sherri Meredith of Scott City; two brothers, Joe Womack of Van Buren, Mo., and Russ Womack of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Jean Johnson of Scott City and Cathy Metzger of Cape Girardeau; and nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.
A memorial service will be at 8 a.m. Tuesday at Father's Arms Fellowship church, with the Rev. Ken Strong officiating.
Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel of Scott City is in charge of arrangements.
