Daniel Blumenberg

Daniel Gene Blumenberg, 40, of Whitewater died Friday, Dec. 5, 2008, at his home.

He was born April 16, 1968, in Cape Girardeau, son of Gene Milton and Virginia E. Gray Blumenberg.

Blumenberg graduated from Delta High School and worked at Dana Corporation and Mid-South Towing before becoming disabled. He was a member of Cape First Church in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include his parents and a sister, Diana Edwards of Gale, Ill.

Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to service time Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel.

Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gary Brothers officiating. Burial will be in at Zion United Methodist Cemetery at Gordonville.
