Dana Cook

Dana Marie Cook, 48, of Virginia Beach, Va., formerly of Jackson, died Monday, May 20, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, N.C., surrounded by her family.

She was born May 1, 1965, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Odell "Dick" and Eula B. Younger Cook. She was a 1983 graduate of Jackson High School.

Survivors include her mother, Eula B. (Russell) Bolin of Cape Girardeau; her father, Odell R. "Dick" (Amy) Cook of Jackson; and two brothers, John David Cook of St. Louis and Mark Jason Cook of Cape Girardeau.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Sue Cook.

A memorial service will be at a later date.
