MILAN, TENN. -- Daisy Fisher West, 90, of Milan, Tenn., formerly of Grand Chain and Dongola in Illinois, died Wednesday, July 16, 1997, at Milan Hospital.

She was born July 2, 1907, in Dongola, the daughter of John David and Martha Earnhart Fisher.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Dongola.

Survivors are six daughters, Joann West and Luella Thomason of Milan, Sue Denton of Peoria, Ariz., Jane Winterbottom of Whaley's Resort, Minn., Gail Rigby of Asheville, N.C., and Patsy Stetter of Itaska, Ill.; two sons, Langley and Jack West of Dongola; 28 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Two sons, four brothers, five sisters, a grandson and a great-granddaughter preceded her in death.

Friends may call after 9 a.m. Saturday at the Crain Funeral Home in Dongola.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Friendship Cemetery in Dongola, with the Rev. Paul Sadler officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery.
