DAISY KELLY

OLMSTED, Ill. -- Daisy Kelly, 75, of Olmsted and formerly of Olive Branch died Saturday, April 1, 2000, at Daystar Care Center at Cairo.

She was born Nov. 16, 1924, at Olive Branch, daughter of Barney and Elizabeth Hill Henderson. She was married to William E. Kelly. He died in 1984.

Survivors include two sons, Joe Kelly of Villa Ridge and William Owen Kelly of Springfield; three daughters, Barbara Halman of Chiply, Fla., Sharon Elizabeth Beegle of Pawnee and Connie Kay Haws of Villa Ridge; two stepsons, Otis Kelly of Villa Ridge and Russell Kelly of Tamms; 24 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are a brother, Barney Ted Henderson of Olive Branch; and two sisters, Irene Franklin of Olive Branch and Berneice McRaven of Jonesboro.

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today and on Tuesday until funeral time at the Crain Funeral Home at Tamms.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Carl Hester officiating. Burial will follow at the Olive Branch Cemetery.
