KELSO, Mo. -- Funeral Mass for Cornetta R. Seyer of Kelso will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at St. Augustine Catholic Church. The Rev. Oliver Clavin will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City, Mo., from 5-8 p.m. today. The rosary will be recited at 6:30.

Seyer, 91, died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2002, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born May 9, 1910, at Kelso, daughter of William Theodore and Emma Bertha Goetz Leible. She and Theon Phillip Seyer were married April 2, 1932, at Jackson, Mo. He died Jan. 1, 1997.

Seyer was a member of St. Augustine Church, St. Ann's Sodality, and member and past president of Kelso Senior Citizens.

Survivors include three daughters, Marilyn LeVan of St. Louis, Judy Bane of Cape Girardeau, Linda Spitler of New Madrid, Mo.; a brother, Raymond Leible of Sikeston, Mo.; three sisters, Virginia Hovis of Cape Girardeau, Helen Cox of Kelso, Dorothy St.Clair of Scott City; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
