CORNELIA N. SANDER

RICHARDSON, Texas -- Cornelia N. Sander, 91, of Richardson died Friday, Oct. 6, 1995, at the Plano Hospital in Plano, Texas.

She was born Oct. 19, 1903, in Gordonville, daughter of Edward H. and Emma Glucksherty Kerstner. She married Lawrence A. Sander on July 27, 1929.

Sander was baptized in the Evangelical Lutheran Church at Gordonville and became a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in 1917. She attended St. Paul Lutheran School and also attended Southeast Missouri State University for two years. She then worked at the former Kerstner Rexall Drug Store for a number of years.

She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn Stehr of Dallas, and a sister, Dorothy Bromer of San Diego.

Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert Henrichs presiding. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
